ANGLE’s seventh project in Boroondara, Edition 09 is a park-front sanctuary just moments from the beating heart of the Camberwell Junction. We are delighted to be collaborating with award-winning studios Freadman White and OCULUS, who both share our penchant for emotionally resonant design that connects authentically to place.
Located adjacent to St John’s Church and comprising a mixture of apartments, an art gallery and a park-facing cafe, Edition 09 is a haven for daily connection – to community, to natural beauty, and to enviable urban amenity. It will create a new laneway between Burke Road and Lower Reserve, which, in spite of its misleading name, is one of Camberwell’s most picturesque and beloved parklands.
Situated within 100m of the Camberwell Junction, Edition 09 is defined by its exceptional walkability, achieving a Walk Score of 94. The building is framed by incredible interfaces and breathtaking view lines, including a beautiful church to the north, lush parkland to the east, tennis courts and a basilica to the south, and Burke Road to the west.
